Puppy waiting list
If you would like to be placed on our Puppy waiting list please telephone us 01942 514285 . We cannot place anyone on our list from e-mails, as we need to get to know you & your suitability for one of our puppies. We prefer our prospective owners to visit us & our Dogs before the litter is born especially if you are first time Akita owners. Once we have established suitability we ask for a £50 deposit to be added to our list. If when the Puppies are born there is no suitable Puppy in the litter, then we will return your deposit in full. If there is a suitable Puppy in the litter & you no longer want it, then your deposit will not be refunded.

We do not take waiting list deposits unless we have a litter due

Booking a Puppy
We allow viewing of our litters at 4-5 weeks old. At this time we should have a good idea of what we have got in the litter & their potential as either show or pet Dogs. Once you have viewed the litter & chosen your Puppy we will require a further £200 deposit to secure your Puppy, if for whatever reason the Puppy you have chosen is no longer available we will refund your deposit in full. If you book a Puppy & then decide you no longer want it then your deposit will not be refunded.

We do not carry deposits over to other litters

Pet Puppy Contract
Received from________ £____ in full payment for Akita Puppy Dog/Bitch,____________. In the event that the Puppy is found to be unfit for the purpose for which it was bought, i.e as a pet, due to an inherited defect diagnosed by a qualified vet & given a second opinion by a Vet of our choice We will agree to replace the Puppy with another of the same sex & value, bred by us when one becomes available.
You understand that this Puppy has endorsements placed on the K.C registration by the breeder, & that the breeding restriction will not be lifted. The export restriction will only be lifted if you wish to emigrate & take your Dog with you, or on proof that the Dog will be going to a suitable home.
This Puppy must be spayed/ neutered at the appropriate age. (after the first season for a female)
In the event that for whatever reason you can no longer keep this Dog, the breeder shall be notified immediately & given first refusal to have the Dog back. The breeder shall pay no more for the Dog than the original purchase price.

Show Puppy Contract
Received from________ £____ in full payment for Akita Puppy Dog/Bitch,____________. In the event that the Puppy is found to be unfit for the purpose for which it was bought, i.e to be shown at K.C events, due to an inherited defect diagnosed by a qualified vet & given a second opinion by a Vet of our choice We will agree to replace the Puppy with another of the same sex & value, bred by us when one becomes available.
You understand that this Puppy has endorsements placed on the K.C registration by the breeder , & that the breeding restriction will only be lifted on production of a satisfactory hip & eye certificate & at the age of 2 years old in the case of a Bitch. If you decide not to show this puppy we will not lift the breeding restriction, as we do not sell our puppies as breeding stock alone. The export restriction will only be lifted if you wish to emigrate & take your Dog with you, or on proof that the Dog will be going to a suitable home.
In the event that for whatever reason you can no longer keep this Dog, the breeder shall be notified immediately & given first refusal to have the Dog back. The breeder shall pay no more for the dog than the original purchase price.
