Top Brood Bitch 1993

Tara was the foundation Bitch of our kennel. She was bred in 1989 by Andy & Sheena Clark of the famous Anshee Akitas.
Tara was our first serious show dog & despite being in the ring at a time when competition was tough, the breed having only just gained C.C status, she had some good wins to her name including 1 C.C with Best of Breed & 2 R.C.Cs
Tara had 2 litters of puppies. The 1st by CH.AM.CH. Goshen's Heir Apparent at Redwitch produced 2 outstanding Champions. The Bitch Maddie, CH. Keskai First Love & her Brother Paddy, BISS.CH. Keskai First Class. Also from this litter came the Dog Keskai First in Command, Toby, who gained 2 R. C.Cs
Tara's 2nd litter was sired by O'BJ's Ambassador at Chaslads with Meadpark. This produced the very beautiful Bitch Dutch, CH. Keskai Double Dutch. From just these 2 litters Tara was Top Akita Brood Bitch in 1993.
Tara left us peacefully at the age of 12, she went to sleep in the yard with all her family watching over her.
